Do you ship orders internationally?
Yes, Hatana Ink offers International Shipping. International Shipping orders are sent via the United States Postal Service.
Some items may be subject to additional shipping charges because of size or weight. If additional charges apply, we will email you prior to shipping for approval.
International Shipping usually takes between 6-10 days.
Free Shipping on orders over $75?
For a limited time Hatana Ink is offering Free Shipping on orders over a $75. This offer only applies to all US Orders (incl. Hawaii & Alaska)
What is your return policy?
All returns must be returned within 10 days from the time you receive it. As long as the product still has it’s tags intact and is in
sellable condition you will be refunded the total amount of the purchase less shipping costs. If the product being returned has been used or
damaged the product will be shipped back to you at your cost. We will pay for the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
You will be refunded the total amount of the purchase plus the shipping costs both ways.
How do I return my product?

include your purchase invoice in the email. A customer service representative will be in touch with you shortly by phone or email to answer your
concerns and give your directions to return your order.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes, if you wish to exchange a product please send an email with
"EXCHANGE"; in the subject line to
customerservice@hatanaink.com please include your purchase invoice in the email. The product being returned must have it's tags intact and be in a sellable condition.
Fill out an order form and fill in
"EXCHANGE"; in the Special Instructions section. We will respond by email or phone to give you directions to return
your order.
Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
We want to provide the best, fastest service possible, to ensure that your package arrives on time we may ship to you from multiple locations.
You will not be charged any additional shipping costs. Your packages may however arrive at different times.
Do you ship out orders on holidays?
We do not ship on the following Holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day. The Day after
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
A product on my order is not available. What does that mean?
There are times after an order is placed that the product has become out of stock or not available. We will contact you as soon as possible via email
or phone to inform you that a product you have ordered is out of stock. We will do our best to offer a substitute product or offer a product that is
similar to that of your choice.
My item is a special order / pre-order. What does that mean?
Hatana Ink does at time offer pre-orders for our new releases. Once the product is released and available the customer will be notified by e-mail
and the product will be shipped directly to the customer.
