  Rotuma is a volcanic island approx. 300 miles North of Fiji.
  The Rotuman culture most resembles that of Tonga, Samoa & Futuna.
  Hatana lies off the North West shore of the main island of Rotuma.

  Hatana Ink is a Polynesian t-shirt label representing the many
  islands of Polynesia. Our designs not only portray the art and
  creativity of old Polynesia but also aim to inspire the hearts and
  minds of those that wear our products.

  We aim to represent Polynesia as whole unifying the different   Polynesian cultures and their people.

  Hatana Ink donates 5% of all sales to support and   educate the children of Rotuma.

Why Hatana?

Hatana, the sacred island of Rotuma, lies untouched and uninhabited. Hatana’s golden shores, though alluring, are forbidden and believed to
be protected by “Raho”.

Raho, a God-Like King, is said to be the Creator of Rotuma. Legend has
it Raho lived and died on the Island of Hatana.To the people of Rotuma, Hatana is both Royal and Sacred.

We at Hatana Ink invite you to journey with us as we Represent the
many Royal and Sacred cultures of Polynesia.
